Exchange 2010 EMS: Change Exchange server Iconnect to
Folks,
I work for a fairly large company, 13,000 users, with 10 Exchange production servers. We have just built a new Exchange server that we plan to use solely for management, but when we use our Exchange console on our desktops, they will connect to the first
server we deployed in our organization. I'm trying to find a way to get my shell (and console, if possible) to connect to this new management server instead. I know how to change the server if the original one is offline, but not how to swap
out the first server for a new server. Can someone help me with this? Thanks ...

If you right click the EMC, properties, specify a server to connect to.
For shell, if you right click the icon, properties change the short cut to

Thanks, James, this worked like a champ. Would have been nice if this was documented where it was easy to find - I've been searching for about a week for this.
